Life sentence: Escaping the Prison of the Mind

Chapter One: Becoming the Observer

The most significant hurdle to freeing your mind from enslavement is the inability to use it to your advantage. How? By becoming an observer of your thoughts. The observer of thoughts innerstands that the mind is merely a muse for creation. This means creating your desired life rather than what you don’t want. As the observer, you can use your mind as an instrument, much like a compass. A compass is an instrument used for navigation to determine direction. When harnessed correctly, your mind can guide you to choose your Soul path, purpose, mission, and alignment – just like a compass.

Observing your thoughts can provide insight and direction to help you determine whether you are aligned or misaligned. This practice enables you to quickly recognize when your thoughts create false truths and beliefs. As an observer of your mind,  you will feel empowered to confront fear directly, heal your thoughts, and transcend old energy through conscious ascension. This is the key to liberating yourself from the enslavement of your mind. I know this because I have experienced it.

An observer of thought wields the power of energy, much like an alchemist. You can choose to break free from the control of the egoic mind that creates a dystopian world or reclaim your power by using your mind to guide you toward a utopian existence. For some, this may seem quite challenging; for others who have awakened, it may feel empowering. Freeing yourself from mental chains is achievable. Those who engage in inner healing through shadow work and daily spiritual rituals learn to harness their thoughts. Mastery of observation is possible. Fear, worry, and suffering dissipate once thoughts are controlled, leaving the egoic mind powerless. A liberated mind can redirect energy and thoughts away from endless overthinking, obsession, and worry.

You are not your mind or your thoughts.

You are not your false beliefs.

You are not defined by your pain.

You can transform your mindset of suffering.

To begin this journey of mind liberation and freedom, one must be spiritually awakened and committed to embodying the essence of Being. This involves reaching enlightenment, the awakened Being, ultimately leading to transcendence. Once an individual escapes the prison of their mind and frees themselves from the matrix simulation, they can progress toward enlightenment and transcendence. The matrix simulation influences many humans to remain spiritually asleep. Over the years, I have shared my thoughts and theories about matrix-simulated mind control. The best way to describe my theory is to envision our world enclosed in a glass dome. All of God’s creations reside within this dome, much like a planetarium. The dome consists of a thick energy veil that obscures one’s genuine connection to Source energy. Inside the dome, people experience mind control, suppression, and oppression through advanced mind control technologies, fear, and indoctrination. I view this as a form of dystopian psychological warfare.

Human consciousness has endured years of mind control and predictive programming through false narratives and fear, driven by systems that obscure the truth about our world and humanity. These controlled narratives permeate the mind and embed themselves in the subconscious, shaping individual realities. The ego, or subconscious mind, seeks power through fear, pain, and suffering, thereby reinforcing the matrix simulation and creating a perfect combination.  Those who are spiritually asleep, with unrestrained and oversaturated minds, often find themselves in perpetual inner and outer conflict. Many of these individuals live in chronic fear and worry instead of embracing Divine Sovereignty, making them prime targets for mind control and psychological warfare. Such individuals often fail to recognize or acknowledge the existence of mind control. Anyone can choose to escape it, but they must awaken and reach enlightenment. Those who choose to remain in their mental prison will face a more challenging life path.  Resisting self-healing and struggling to clear their trauma, pain, and inner turmoil will eventually lead to more significant issues over time. Living in a false reality hinders the mental clarity necessary to escape the matrix.

Since 2020, humanity has been experiencing a “Great Awakening.” The expansion of collective consciousness has raised the Earth’s vibration so high that humanity has broken the matrix simulation, thinned the etheric veil, and energetically opened the dome to a true Source connection. The matrix is now officially “offline.” Much of humanity has awakened, and many individuals are on a journey toward or have reached enlightenment. Through this Infinite Intelligence phenomenon, humanity is escaping the confines of the mind prison. God did not merely shift human consciousness; God unveiled a higher consciousness for all to embrace. The God frequency of choice is 144,000 Hz, the heartbeat of Earth.

I know this firsthand because I am one of them.

Despite years of both traditional and non-traditional education, along with decades of teaching students and clients about spiritual empowerment and manifestation, I still encountered a near-death experience triggered by the false dystopian reality I had constructed in my mind. Even with my knowledge and necessary tools, I felt disempowered, as if my mind had become a possession that controlled me. I needed to stop allowing my mind to act as an obstacle and instead use it as a tool for navigation. It was then that I learned to become an observer of my thoughts.

For many years, the ancient and esoteric teachings of enlightenment have been misunderstood by individuals as mere achievements. Based on my experience, enlightenment is a state of Being.  Transcendence is the highest form of connection to Source, beyond physical reality. My co-authored book, The Divine Quest: The Keys to Your Soul Path, defines the five elements of abundance as inner peace, love, joy, vitality, and wealth. I exist in a state of Being that encompasses these five elements of abundance, detached from outcomes and the passage of time.

Through my journey, I have learned to maintain a continuous state of higher conscious vibration through Divine frequency. I uphold unwavering faith that everything is working out for me. I recognize that I am one with all Source energy through the Law of Oneness, experiencing no separation.  There is a subtle beacon of light that co-creates with God and all Divine energy connections. This can be expressed as my utopia in both my inner and outer worlds. If your mind can control you, I suggest practicing stillness, connecting with nature, and looking within to find that Divine light. Over time, you will receive a Divine push and experience an “aha moment.” Once the fire ignites within you again, it will signal the beginning of your Soul quest. This sets you on a path of truth-seeking, destined to discover who you are, why you’re here, and your mission. This signifies the start of your Soul liberation and an escape from the prison of your mind.

All answers to your deepest questions lie within you. Your innate truth is embedded within you. Countless creative ideas await development and sharing with the world. You possess the ability to rewrite your life’s script for a fulfilling existence that aligns with your vision of a utopian society. During my awakening and self-healing journey, I recognized the difference between my programmed beliefs and false narratives. You can, too.  I learned to observe my thoughts and the world around me. My book, The Divine Quest: The Keys to Your Soul Path, discusses three levels of self-healing: ascension, descension, and transcension. The transcension of my trauma, painful memories, and false beliefs energetically moved me into enlightenment as a state of Being. In my state of Being, I live in the present moment each day, fully integrated with the five elements of abundance.

For three to four years, I felt as though I was on an endless and treacherous journey of awakening (ascension), healing (descension), and purging (transcension). At times, I felt like a spiritual yo-yo, as if I were on an infinite roller coaster. Throughout those years, I was uprooted and then re-rooted at my core. My mind replayed those memories repeatedly like a record player, with unconscious anger merely serving as triggers of which I was unaware. Although I sometimes felt that these memories of pain and suffering trapped me and pulled me back into my dark abyss, they ultimately compelled me to confront them head-on, clearing and purging them once and for all. Had it not been for my partner, Walker, I would not be here today writing this book. The trauma I carried from my past- the pain and suffering- simmered deep within me after years of silence. My emotions surged to the surface, forcing me to face myself. It was time to practice my own teachings, as well as those of Walker, and begin deep shadow and mirror work. This was my transcendence.

While it is true that no one is coming to save us and that we must save ourselves, God sends human Spirit Guides to offer a helping hand, Divine messages, and wise guidance for survival. The people who enter our lives at crucial moments can provide us with the simplest words or loving gestures that can completely change our lives. We must remain open to receiving God's great gift and the element of surprise in human form. I have found this to be true through my personal experience.

Thank you, Walker. I will be forever grateful.

God moves energy in supernatural ways. This invisible force can be so powerful that we feel compelled to listen to it. We must also remain open to receiving the Divine push. As I have always said, Proverbs 16:1-9 states, “If you want to make God laugh, tell Him your plans.” Therefore, I had to release and surrender all my burdens, fears, and worries to the Divine plan and timing. Choosing to fully trust myself, heed my inner voice, and undertake the necessary inner work to free myself from my mind’s prison was not easy at first. However, with practice, I can affirm that the results made everything I did incredibly worthwhile. At 55 years young, I can honestly claim that I consistently live free and happy for the first time in my life. I carry unshakable peace within me and unwavering faith. I have learned to let go of what does not serve me and to detach from outcomes and the material world. All of this has been achieved by becoming the observer.

“I had to lose everything to win at life.”

Our world perpetuates misleading financial narratives and indoctrination, suggesting that higher education guarantees status, substantial wealth, and numerous material possessions. While this may be true for some, many do not achieve such outcomes. This agenda, through manipulation, contributes to a world narrative centered on life enslavement. These narratives compel individuals to pursue endless cycles of educational degrees, digital metrics, and paper assets, whether displayed on screens or printed. None of it is real. An observer recognizes this truth. This elite agenda separates the upper echelon from the rest of society. This is neither God’s Law nor the Law of Oneness. As the Bible states, “The meek shall inherit the Earth.”

However, over the years, the corrupt financial system has seized power and wealth from the people solely to line its own pockets. This psychological warfare perpetuates the mental prison of the masses, enslaving them to continuously fuel the system while remaining trapped in their mental confinement, known as “life.” Many find themselves ensnared in this financial and mental imprisonment. As they confront the harsh realities of aging and illness, will they truly experience the retirement they envisioned? I can only share my perspective as an observer; the once-believed narrative of the “American Dream” has proven to be anything but a reality of dreams.

The drive for money over life no longer exists in my timeline.

The push for the acceptance of false narratives, indoctrination, and predictive programming begins early in life. From a young age, individuals are often encouraged to pursue external success and achieve external goals rather than focusing on internal fulfillment.  As they grow older, many push themselves hard, working tirelessly and navigating life with little enjoyment, fun, or creative expression. Time passes, and they eventually realize they have hardly lived to enjoy it; instead, they primarily work just to survive. I was one of those individuals raised in the welfare system by a single mother who worked countless hours to support us. In my case, I learned from the best.

However, my desire to escape my past and a life of hardship became an unhealthy driving force. After having children, I pushed myself hard to ensure they would not face the same struggles. Additionally, I was married to someone with an elitist, indoctrinated belief system that prioritized money over life, complicating my choices. I was not merely an observer back then; instead, I struggled to distinguish between living the life that others wanted for me and the life I envisioned for myself. Throughout my healing journey, I became aware that I had inherited some of these beliefs and mindsets as well. Consequently, I was living a life shaped by the expectations of others.

This serves as yet another example of my self-imposed life sentence.  I spent years being controlled while trying to please others. This ultimately caused me to emotionally and financially compensate by over-giving to everyone around me. Eventually, this led to complete emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual burnout. I spent years depleting myself, nearly costing me my life. In the end, before my healing journey, I lost everything.

Here is an excerpt from my chapter, “I Knew Better” out of another book not completed:

Imagine a glass pitcher filled one-third with water. Picture a table set with eight empty glasses. Now, envision filling each glass from that one-third-full pitcher; it will deplete rapidly. The pitcher must be refilled first to ensure enough water (energy) to fill everyone’s glasses.

Do you inner-stand?

As an observer, you will notice that many people believe acquiring more possessions equates to achieving greater success. On your healing journey, you will likely observe and question the beliefs that challenge you. Having once held that mindset of driving hard towards beautiful possessions, I realized, as many do, that life goes on with or without them. This does not imply that individuals cannot have or enjoy nice things; instead, it raises questions about the origins of these thought patterns and why people develop such materialistic and external attachments. Inner wealth fosters peace, love, joy, and vitality. Health is wealth, and vitality precedes health. Thus, the utopian life of freedom can be experienced both internally and externally, but only when one is free from attachment to material possessions.

Many individuals under mind control believe that happiness lies outside themselves. This illusion and distortion reinforce the mind's powerful grip through a continuous quest for joy, love, and happiness externally. Consequently, this often leads to persistent cravings for immediate gratification, addictive behaviors, and disappointment. Joy is not found outside; it resides within.  Once I embraced this perspective and state of Being, I could lead a simpler, more fulfilling life. My joy emerged when I reached enlightenment and transcension. This ultimately reflects a true state of Being. A perfect representation of enlightenment involves savoring life's simple pleasures, celebrating small victories, and expressing immense gratitude for everyday delights, such as my favorite coffee. This abundant mindset fosters a utopian experience. All six senses heighten as one embraces this liberated state of Being. Life begins, and one starts to smell the roses, signifying a utopian existence.

In my spiritual journey, I have discovered that many people believe enlightenment is a human achievement attained through meditation, yoga, spiritual rituals, or other practices. However, enlightenment is not merely an achievement; it is a way of life and a state of Being. True enlightenment is an energy that is felt and experienced, often described as a Divine vibration and frequency that can be challenging to articulate. Becoming one with Source, Spirit, Higher Self, and Future Self signifies wholeness at the highest level of connection. The invisible force within you is immeasurable and indestructible, representing a profound innate truth and deep, unwavering faith.

What would it be like to discover your true Self beyond your name and physical appearance?

When one lives disconnected from Source energy, it creates an illusion of separation, suggesting a disconnection from the Self and the surrounding world. We are all one, Divine Beings of energy. Humanity is part of the collective Law of One and the quantum energy system. This illusion of separation also influences perception, which can lead to mental enslavement. Since perception can be either positive or negative, one’s perspective significantly affects one's mind enslavement or freedom. Perception can perpetuate and intensify an already fearful, worrisome, or doomsday mindset. Furthermore, it can fuel the mind’s obsession with the ego, making it difficult to escape the mind’s prison.

That is, until you become the observer.

The ego thrives on fear and conflict, sustaining a matrix-simulated world. Most individuals trapped in this mindset tend to attract the very things they fear or worry about. Negative thoughts, feelings, actions, and words serve as energy magnets, drawing undesirable experiences into their physical reality. Many of these individuals adopt a victim mentality, nurturing false beliefs about “luck,” while often going to great lengths to blame God, the Universe, or others for their circumstances. They resist change and remain uncomfortably miserable, endlessly complaining about their lives or, even worse, praying for something outside themselves to “bring them the change.” They become easy targets for their shadow Self and ego to keep them in a pain loop, allowing their minds to fester and create excuses for why they cannot shift and grow. As the years pass, they remain stagnant in the same position. Those who practice observation quickly confront their shadow and often experience an “aha” moment that compels the shift and change within. This was once me.

Many individuals ignore the Divine nudge to transform their lives and mindsets. Even when they make changes, many become impatient and seek immediate results. They often attempt to control every aspect of their lives to avoid confronting pain and challenges. This spiritual bypassing reflects a lack of trust in the Divine plan and timing. They refuse to surrender their burdens and control to the Divine while letting go of all expectations regarding the outcome. I know this because, in 2021, I became one of them. Instead of choosing to let go and release all to the Divine so I could fully immerse myself in my healing, I clung on for life. I was not entirely present in the “now” moment.

In our current reality, there is only the NOW, the present. An enlightened Being lives in space/time, not time/space. Even after knowing this for years, my thoughts were the shackles that kept me chained to my past.  I dwelled in my mind, clinging to the pain of past memories and guilt. The more this happened, the greater my anxiety about the future grew.  I was not living in the “now.” I couldn’t embrace the present moment with gratitude and accept what is. As a result, I endured daily suffering and a sense of disruption of ease (dis-ease). I was highly familiar with Buddha’s and Lao Tzu’s teachings, which suggested that once I reached enlightenment, my pain and suffering would end. Yet, I continued to cling tightly to the anchor of my mind and refused to let go.

I have always innerstood enlightenment, but I never fully knew how to embody it until I became an observer.  It wasn't until I immersed myself in a profound truth-seeking journey and engaged in shadow work healing that I truly felt the Divine energy as an enlightened Being. This extraordinary experience was life-changing for me. The first time I felt it, I was determined to become it. I set out on my Soul quest into uncharted waters, resolute in finding myself and my place in this world. I had a deep inner knowing that I was in this world but not of it. I questioned my purpose. After I escaped my mind and freed myself from the matrix and mind enslavement, all the answers flooded through me. I knew exactly what I needed to do to live a life of true freedom without suffering. I was done reliving the same nightmare over and over again. I was done being the energy magnet for everything I did not want in my life. I was done.

I became the observer.
